Orbit Arcade is a browser-based game arcade. We keep the data we collect to the minimum needed to run your account, your purchases and your scores.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, and a display name and avatar if you choose to set one. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name and profile image from Google.
- Purchase data: which pass or games you bought, subscription status and renewal dates. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Gameplay data: scores, level progress and achievements you generate while playing.
- Local device storage: some games save progress in your browser's local storage so you can continue offline.
How we use it
- To create and secure your player account and sign you in.
- To decide which games you have access to, based on your pass or individual unlocks.
- To show leaderboards and your own progress.
- To send transactional messages about your account or purchases.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not run third-party ad networks.
Who processes data for us
- Our hosting and database provider, which stores your account, entitlement and score records.
- Stripe, our payment processor, which handles checkout, card data, billing and subscription management.
- Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and gameplay data while your account is active. Purchase and billing records are kept longer where required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@orbitarcade.app from your account email address; we remove your profile, scores and unlock records, and confirm when it is done.
Your choices
- Request a copy of the data associated with your account.
- Correct your display name or avatar from your account page at any time.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Clear locally saved game progress by clearing your browser storage for this site.
Children
Orbit Arcade is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will remove the account.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email. Reach us at support@orbitarcade.app.
