Refund Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

Digital games are delivered instantly, so refunds are handled case by case — but we would rather sort you out than keep money for something you could not play.

Cancelling the Arcade Pass

  • Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
  • Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • We do not automatically pro-rate partial months, since you keep full access for the rest of the period.

When we refund

  • A duplicate or accidental charge.
  • A charge after you cancelled, or a renewal you did not intend.
  • A game you bought that does not run on your device and that we cannot fix for you.
  • A pass renewal you contact us about within 14 days, where you have not played during that period.

When we usually cannot refund

  • Individual game unlocks you have already played, unless the game is broken.
  • Pass periods that were substantially used.
  • Requests made long after the charge, where the payment processor no longer allows a refund.

How to request one

Email support@orbitarcade.app from the address on your account with the date of the charge and what went wrong. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

Where local consumer law grants you a stronger right to withdraw or be refunded, that law applies and this policy does not limit it. See the Terms of Service for the full purchase terms.
