Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
By creating an account or buying anything on Orbit Arcade, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
- One account per person. Sharing an account to spread pass access is not permitted.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, cheat leaderboards or attempt to bypass purchase checks.
Arcade Pass and single-game purchases
- The Arcade Pass is a recurring monthly subscription at $4.99 per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops future billing and your pass access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Games bought individually stay unlocked on your account permanently, including after a pass is cancelled.
- If a renewal payment fails, we keep your access active while the payment is retried; if it ultimately fails, pass access ends.
- Prices and the game library can change. Existing purchases are not affected by later price changes.
See the Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds, and Pricing for current rates.
What you get
A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the games on Orbit Arcade. It does not transfer ownership of the games or any of their content, and it does not entitle you to redistribute, resell, reverse engineer or rehost them.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service or its payment flow.
- Do not submit falsified scores or automate gameplay to manipulate leaderboards.
- Do not upload display names or content that is unlawful, hateful or harassing.
Availability
We aim to keep the arcade online continuously, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Games may be added, updated or retired over time. Planned maintenance and outages can interrupt play.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Orbit Arcade is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to support@orbitarcade.app.
